Free Trial Policy
- The 7-day trial is 100% free.
- A valid credit card is required for the trial.
- The trial will auto-renew into a subscription unless canceled within the first 7 days of the free trial.
- When the trial auto-renews, you will be charged for the subscription.
- You can easily cancel your trial before auto-renewal via the app or by emailing us at [email protected]
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for any charges incurred. All initial subscription charges and subsequent renewals are considered final.
To avoid continued billing each month, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
Failure to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date will result in automatic renewal and charges. Monthly charges will continue until cancellation is completed.
We offer two methods for cancellation.
- Logging into the app and clicking the Cancel button under the settings.
- Sending an email to [email protected] with a cancellation request. Please allow 1-2 business days for cancellation via this method.
We will not accept refund requests based on the following scenarios:
- Forgetting to cancel.
- Claims of unsuccessful cancellation attempts.
- Being unaware of automatic monthly billing.
